Riverfront Day
Paddle the Osage!
Osceola Spring Music SeriesWeather you're looking to earn a medal or enjoy a day on the river this is the event for you!  Paddlers will enjoy a great ride through this scenic waterway from Roscoe to Osceola that's just waiting to be explored!  Boats launch in Roscoe and riders will enjoy the river as you paddle the river to Osceola. 

Medals for top 3 finishers for men's single, women's single and tandem will be awarded for those with a competitive spirit. 

Tandem Kayaks
Tandem kayaks can participate and this year it's a medal category!  Both riders will sign up individually under the Tandem category and each will receive a t-shirt and swag bag (must sign up before the t-shirt cutoff date to receive a shirt).  Each rider will be required to have a lifejacket, whistle, and sign the waiver.  We want to encourage as many people to come out and enjoy the river as possible!

Breakfast at Chopper Stoppers
Chopper Stoppers in Roscoe will once again host a breakfast buffet with pancakes, sausage gravy with biscuits and more that's included in the race sign up for the paddlers!  Everyone else is welcome to breakfast by donation, come out and make a morning of it with breakfast in Roscoe and send off your boater!

Registration
Registration for this event is $30 and includes: T-Shirt, Swag Bag.  Life jackets and whistles and a signed waver are required for this 18 and over event.  Registration starts at 8am at the boat ramp in Roscoe on the day of the race.  Signup here: https://runsignup.com/riverfrontdaykayakrace

Spotter Boats
Riverfront DaySpotter boats will be stationed along the route to assist boaters on their ride.  If you are interested in being a spotter boat for the day please contact Audrey at 417-646-5655 or email her at ahogan@osceolamocahmber.com.

Race Day
We are working on fun stuff for day of events!  Breakfast starts at 7am at Chopper Stoppers in Roscoe.  Registration opens at the Roscoe Boat Ramp at 8am.  The horn will sound at 10am for the boaters to start their ride.  T-shirts and Swag Bag will be available in Osceola after the race is completed.  Kayak parking will be available with food and fun at the end.  A shuttle will be available to bring anyone back to their vehicles left in Roscoe.

Drone & Aerial Footage
Riverfront DayThis year's drone & aerial footage will be provided by Dylan Piccoli, United Country Real Estate Buckhorn Land and Home in Osceola!  With over 10 years of experience in wildlife and land management, Dylan knows this river and the land around it!  He'll be flying from land and also by boat right the water!  We're excited to be working with Dylan and Brooke on all our events this year!  Contact Dylan for all your Real Estate needs: dpiccoliuc@gmail.com, 417-328-8198.

Shuttle Service
We are once again partnering up with Clearview Care Center here in Osceola to offer a Shuttle Service between Osceola and Roscoe.  We will have a spot at the end of the race to hold kayaks and will have a van leaving to go to the beginning of the race at regular intervals or as the van fills.  You can then come back to pick up your kayaks.
